All responses collected in internal Opivox surveys, such as profile enrichment, are forwarded to our customers for specific surveys. Responses are sent in aggregate form.

The customer may also use this information to contact you and invite you to take part in other surveys he is conducting. We do not collect or store any technical data about your device (IP address, Internet service provider, etc.).

Users' e-mail addresses are neither sold nor shared. They will only be used to send e-mail invitations to surveys, promotions or loyalty campaigns.

All e-mails sent by Opivox contain an unsubscribe link.

Protection and storage of your personal data



Opivox Panels LLP is an English company.   • Account deletion : Users can delete their account at any time by using the delete account menu in their member area or by contacting support. Data purging procedures are in place to ensure that data is effectively deleted as soon as the user account is deleted.

  • Deletion after 3 years of inactivity : For security reasons, if you have not logged in to the site for a period of three years, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to log in as soon as possible. If no action is taken, your data will be deleted from our databases.
